What To Include

When contacting support, please include your app version, device model, iOS version, a description of the issue, and screenshots if they are useful.

Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are managed through Apple. You can manage or cancel an active subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Account Deletion

Normal account deletion requests start in LureAxis under Settings → Account Deletion → Request Account Deletion. If you cannot access your account or need help, email privacy@lureaxis.com.
