Account Deletion

To request deletion, open LureAxis and go to Settings → Account Deletion → Request Account Deletion. This submits your request inside the app.

How To Request Deletion

If you cannot access your account or need help, email privacy@lureaxis.com with the subject LureAxis Account Deletion Request.

Please include:

• The account email used in LureAxis.
• An optional note confirming that you want your account and associated app data deleted.

What Will Be Deleted

After verification, LureAxis will delete your account and associated app data that LureAxis is not legally required to retain. We do not claim to delete records controlled independently by Apple or RevenueCat.

Subscriptions

Deleting your LureAxis account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple. Please manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Timing

Requests are generally processed within 7 days after we verify the request. This process is handled manually after in-app initiation and is not instant or automatic.
